Naomi Ojima visited Japan in 2018 and...This print is from a series of photographs inspired by Rainer Maria Rilke’s poems, ‘IN THE NIGHT’ journeys through his world of ‘NIGHT’. Naomi Ojima visited Japan in 2018 and 2019 and during this time, between the busy schedule of her research projects, she took these photos wandering the city streets at night.
Born in Fukushima, Japan, Naomi now lives and works in Findhorn, Scotland. She has exhibited her work in Japan, London, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and locally in Moray.
Her work explores the true nature of all beings, and life itself, before it is processed by the perceptions of our minds.
