This work comprises 300 ceramic pieces which each hang from a nail.

The artist: 'In many cultures, when something needs emphasis, you would say “I told you 100 times”. This is the sentiment I am trying to convey, in my quiet way, on the wall… small spots of stop enough we are tired. Words all Palestinians have been saying for the past 214 days, and 76 years. Each word is represented 100 times. These are made of terracotta, printed from a photopolymer plate, with my own handwriting. Terracotta is the clay found in Palestine, and in particular, found in Gaza. I could not source Gaza clay, so this is the closest I can find. They are solid, yet fragile, they can be broken, yet they will last for many lifetimes, fired terracotta can last forever.'
