You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER

The software downloads from this site have been thoroughly scanned and tested at all stages of production, but – as with all new software – we still recommend that you run a virus checker before use. We also recommend that you have an up-to-date backup of your hard disk before using the software.
RSA cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of data on your data or computer system that may occur while using the software. Consult your network administrator before installing any software on a networked computer.

PURCHASING

The Royal Scottish Academy reserves the right to cancel a purchase without notice. The purchaser will be notified by email in the case of cancellation.

SHIPPING

Purchased items will be shipped to the purchaser as soon as possible but all given shipping times are estimates and are subject to change. Items purchased by clients outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the client's obligation to pay. There may be a delay before shipping depending on the status of the artwork at the time of time.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us by email, letter or phone up to 14 days after receiving it and receive a full refund for the artwork price. Shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the purchaser's obligation to pay the return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. 

ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING DIRECTIVE 5 (AMLD5)

As of the 10 January 2020 a new UK regulation came into force to prevent money laundering within the arts sector. This has the effect that for transactions in excess of payments of €10,000 received by art galleries. In these cases proof of identity will be required. This is an EU and UK regulation, implemented in the UK by HMRC. Any proof of identity retained will be kept securely on file for a length of time required by the policy and in accordance with our privacy policy.
