Donna Fleureau

This piece was created as a quiet reflection on time and personal change. The leaves drift through the work as symbols of passing years and the seasons of life—growth, loss, and renewal unfolding slowly and naturally. I was drawn to the contrast between the flat, patterned collage and the depth of the painted surface: one feels fixed and decorative, the other more fluid and alive. Together, they echo the way life holds both what feels settled and what is always shifting.
